Description

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Literacy State Adoption product portfolio • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers • Set priorities across products and resolve resource tradeoffs • Partner with content and research teams to incorporate instructional research and literacy pedagogy into product design • Direct end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including market research, competitive analysis, product strategy and design, scope and roadmap development, pricing, and launch • Develop product strategy for state adoptions, pricing bundles, sampling, and open territory/large-district opportunities • Sponsor and guide user interviews and classroom testing • Synthesize customer feedback, product analytics, and competitive market data into prioritization recommendations • Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Design, and Operations leaders • Quantify portfolio-level product vision through research, market mapping, competitive analysis, market opportunity, and strategic development • Ensure alignment among instructional philosophy, content development, digital platform, features, and customer experience • Identify and resolve strategic issues affecting strategic, financial, and technical goals • Own post-launch performance, including adoption, usage, performance, retention, and renewal metrics

🎯 Exigences

• At least 7 years of experience working in education publishing • Track record of success in product development, digital product management, curriculum development and/or project management • At least 3 years of experience directly leading and developing Product Managers or similar product professionals • Deep respect for and alignment to Great Minds’ knowledge-building instructional design and pedagogy • Ability to set strategy and priorities across a multi-product portfolio • Excellent stakeholder management skills across customers, sales, content development, product marketing, and senior leadership • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills • Strong business acumen, including ROI assessment, strategic pricing, and resource prioritization • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • Cover letter and resume required • Successful completion of a background check required for new employees • Legal authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application form
