Description

• Identify target accounts and build relationships with on- and off-premises staff, retail managers, and customer sales personnel • Leverage key-account relationships to sell in distribution • Educate trade and consumers through samplings, meetings, and trainings • Support the local team with staff training • Use Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software to track activities, results, contacts, tasks, and output • Maintain and enhance the network of points of distribution • Achieve monthly sales and placement goals in the assigned territory • Direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail customer relationships

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a supplier or distributor • Spirits background would be ideal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Must have and provide valid Driver’s License and auto insurance that is in force • Ability and willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours, such as nights and weekends • Strong interpersonal skills to direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail customer relationships • Familiarity with the local market • Must be at least 21 years old • Ability to work remotely • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend, stoop, and reach as needed • Ability to work prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer • Ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information • Ability to receive detailed oral information and distinguish sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction • Comfort with varying noise levels and warehouse temperatures
