Description
• Verantwoordelijk voor de vloerverwarmingsprojecten in West & Oost-Vlaanderen • Relatie opbouwen met architecten, studiebureaus, bouwpromotoren, influencers, enz. • Projectbegeleiding van bestaande projecten verzorgen • Contact met installateurs voor offerteaanvragen en verdedigen van offertes • Coördineren met aannemers en montagebedrijven • Ondersteunen van vertegenwoordigers bij klantenbezoeken • Marktontwikkelingen rond producten analyseren • Klanten ontvangen en fabrieksrondleidingen geven • Aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen rond Floor

• Gedegen ervaring en technische kennis van vloerverwarming en sanitair • Plannen lezen en verbeteringen aanbrengen in offertes • Bekend met de werking van grotere bedrijven • Nauwkeurig in administratie en meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen • Bekend met CRM 365 • Teamplayer • Klantgericht en commercieel denken • Nieuw opportuniteiten zoeken • Niet bang om voor een groep te spreken • Resultaatgerichtheid voor marktconforme oplossingen • Communicatief sterk met andere afdelingen • Zelfstandig en flexibel ingesteld
