Description

• This position is responsible for driving profitable customer acquisition, retention and re-engagement for TDSC.com across paid and organic channels. • Develop growth strategy and oversees paid and organic media channels. • Manage awareness, consideration, retention & re-engagement programs to drive business outcomes. • Partner with channel owners/agencies on setting the strategies, oversee channel program execution. • Recommend and pilot the execution of new paid, owned, and earned media channels and tactics to support profitable business growth. • Establish channel testing mindset within the business to enhance digital channel results while maintaining performance discipline. • Manage marketing budgets, reporting regularly on results, insights, and resource needs of marketing strategy. • Collaborate with forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement with Finance and Data teams.

🎯 Exigences

• Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience • 3 or more years of management experience • Deep expertise in digital channels: SEO, PPC, social, display, and email marketing • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes. • Proven success leading omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and retention. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize performance across the funnel. • HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform experience preferred.
