Description
• Assess existing staff care and wellbeing practices and policies • Benchmark against best practices in humanitarian staff care and wellbeing • Conduct consultations with key stakeholders and staff • Propose practical, scalable initiatives, materials, and guides for implementation across diverse settings
🎯 Exigences
• Advanced degree in psychology, organizational development, public health, social work or related field • Demonstrated experience designing staff care, wellbeing, or psychological support initiatives in humanitarian organizations • Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches • Excellent facilitation, analytical, and writing skills • Experience working with international teams at all levels
