Description

• Manage multiple high-profile, high-impact strategy projects • Lead interviews and working sessions with leaders within Enterprise Growth and across the broader organization • Lead teams conducting industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis • Distill analytical insights for Humana • Create high-quality analysis and deliverables that frame objectives, issues, and challenges • Articulate insightful findings and recommendations • Shape implementation considerations and work with business owners to transition analysis into execution • Collaborate with fellow team members, subject matter experts, executive Management Team members, and corporate, functional, and business unit leaders • Synthesize strategic choices across the organization into a coherent plan to drive growth and profitability • Facilitate critical meetings, drive diverse groups to consensus, and lead through influence • Focus on strategic integration and collaboration across the Growth organization

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials • 6-8+ years of full-time work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance • Strong record of leadership • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with business leaders • Highly collaborative, flexible, teamwork-oriented working style • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff • Strong commitment to personal and professional growth • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees • Preferred: MBA, MPH, PhD, or graduate degree in a management field • Preferred: Managed care and/or healthcare services work experience
