Description

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses. • Handle booking and scheduling of transport services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping across internal systems. • Coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution. • Provide administrative support, including document management and reporting. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven experience in the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry. • Strong phone and email communication skills in a customer-facing role. • Experience with booking systems and schedule management. • High attention to detail with strong data entry and record-keeping abilities. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
