Description

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Incora’s global benefits, wellness, retirement, and leave programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellbeing initiatives. • Support the execution of a global benefits and wellness strategy aligned with company goals, values, and regional market practices. • Coordinate and manage annual benefit renewals, working with brokers and vendors to evaluate plan design changes, pricing, and employee impact. • Partner with HRBPs and People leaders to ensure benefit programs support workforce needs, are inclusive, and enhance the employee experience. • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate inventory of global benefit plans using tools such as Lockton’s Global Navigator. • Support the design, implementation, and administration of Incora’s compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and job architecture. • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure pay practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business needs. • Analyze benefit and compensation data to identify trends, manage costs, and support informed decision-making. • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to ensure high service quality and value.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5 –7 years of progressive experience in benefits and/or compensation within a complex or matrixed organization. • Strong experience administering US benefits programs; exposure to global benefits and/or compensation is preferred. • Working knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, and market pricing methodologies. • Experience working with HRIS, benefits administration, and compensation tools; strong Excel and data analysis skills required. • Prior experience partnering with HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders. • Previous people management experience is advantageous but not required.
