Description

• Oversee the promotional and community outreach ecosystem of a US-based clinical practice • Drive the client acquisition pipeline through digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, digital content, website SEO, and client nurture strategies • Manage and optimize marketing lead flows in Zoho CRM, including client intake sources, conversion pipelines, and customer data organization • Oversee and coordinate the internal marketing team, including content creators and copywriters • Develop, deploy, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns targeting the US market • Collaborate on mental health and wellness content and guide supportive lead-nurture email sequences • Monitor website health, organic traffic growth, and search engine optimization • Manage online reviews on major business listing platforms in accordance with healthcare privacy guidelines • Create recruitment campaigns for licensed US therapists, clinicians, and clinical interns • Build referral networks with medical professionals, general practitioners, school counselors, HR managers, and community stakeholders • Track partnership contacts and communications in Zoho CRM and optimize effective referral channels • Identify local US alliance, sponsorship, and educational workshop opportunities • Report on CRM data integrity, lead tracking, source attribution, pipeline conversion, CPL, ROAS, website conversion rates, organic search traffic, and referral network output

🎯 Exigences

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, mental health, wellness, or clinical business environments operating inside the US market • Strong familiarity with Zoho CRM, including managing layouts, lead scoring, deal pipelines, and views • Direct experience setting up advanced Zoho Automations/Workflows, utilizing Zoho SalesIQ for visitor tracking/live chat engagement, or building reporting dashboards in Zoho Analytics is highly valued • Basic familiarity with US healthcare standards, such as HIPAA considerations regarding public marketing, client reviews, and data handling • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to pitch partnerships, network with medical/clinical professionals, and represent the practice in the local community • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, local SEO fundamentals, and email automation tools • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.)
