• Lead enterprise facilities performance analysis across spend, vendors, assets, work orders, capital, and operational trends. • Identify root causes, recurring issues, cost drivers, risk areas, and opportunities to improve restaurant performance and reduce downtime. • Apply root cause analysis to reduce recurring costs, inform targeted training needs, strengthen vendor accountability, and support manufacturer performance conversations. • Translate facilities analysis into executive-ready insights, business cases, prioritization recommendations, and decision-support materials. • Own enterprise Facilities insights requests, including ad hoc business inquiries using asset, work order, vendor, or performance data. • Own Facilities projects and programs end to end, from planning through execution, closeout, and results tracking. • Lead the Proactive Capital Investment program and cyclical facility programs such as roof replacements, parking lots, and paint. • Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and regular status reporting. • Support maintenance capital governance by prioritizing investment in high-need, high-value assets and restaurants using asset data, R&M trends, operational risk, and financial impact. • Develop and maintain the Facilities communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure clear, timely messaging on project schedules, program updates, process changes, performance insights, and decisions. • Partner across Facilities, Finance, Operations, Development, Procurement, and vendors to connect insights to action and ensure initiatives are field-ready, financially sound, and operationally sustainable.
• Minimum: 4 yr Degree in Facilities Management, Business, Finance, Analytics, Construction Management, Operations, or related field. • Minimum: 10+ years of experience in facilities management, project management, business analytics, operations, finance, restaurant operations, retail facilities, or related fields. • Experience translating data and performance trends into actionable recommendations for leadership and operational stakeholders. • Experience managing cross-functional projects, programs, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. • Experience developing executive-ready summaries, business cases, performance updates, or decision-support materials. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while driving measurable outcomes. • Strong analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities. • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), change management, data analytics, or related certification. • Preferred experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial facilities environments. • Preferred experience with CMMS, work order management systems, Power BI, financial reporting tools, project management tools, or facilities analytics platforms. • Preferred experience supporting capital planning, vendor performance management, asset lifecycle planning, or proactive maintenance programs. • Preferred experience developing communication plans, stakeholder updates, and change management materials for field or operations audiences. • Deep facilities management expertise connecting asset performance, R&M cost drivers, vendor execution, and restaurant operational impacts into practical business recommendations. • Ability to leverage reporting and analytics tools to identify trends, quantify opportunities, and drive action. • Strong business acumen connecting operational, financial, and field impacts into practical recommendations. • Strong project and program management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, status reporting, and follow-through. • Ability to translate complex data and technical findings into clear, concise, executive-ready communication. • Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to executives, Operations, Finance, vendors, and field leaders. • Ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships and influence outcomes without direct authority. • Strong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to standardize routines, improve processes, and create repeatable communication and reporting practices. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. • Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive business priorities with discretion.
