Description

• Support the enterprise demand planning process and demand planning system • Develop and maintain demand forecasts • Perform data analysis and monitor planning performance • Support the monthly SIOP process • Partner with Customer Operations, Global Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain Excellence stakeholders • Support system and process implementation, change management, performance measures, training, and analysis • Serve as a super user and subject matter expert for the demand planning system and demand management process • Improve demand forecasts across Integer manufacturing locations through analytics, system utilization and configuration, and strategy execution • Maintain the unconstrained demand plan for enterprise supply planning and SIOP decision-making • Maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and drive continuous improvement in forecast quality • Lead demand reviews and challenge forecast assumptions using data-driven analysis • Identify and communicate demand risks, opportunities, and changes to global supply planning • Manage global demand management and control, including monthly and annual reporting and site and enterprise analyses • Monitor demand volatility and planning KPIs • Share demand management best practices with site-level customer operations teams • Coordinate monthly performance indicators, risks, and opportunities with sites • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or similar technical discipline • APICS certification desirable • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing environments • At least 3+ years in Demand Planning and SIOP • Strong technical aptitude with Demand Planning systems and processes • Statistical, Trend, and Modeling knowledge • Power BI experience • Oracle and Oracle Cloud experience preferred • First-hand experience working within large data sets • Proven success influencing cross-functionally at all levels and managing change • Strong oral and written communication • Demonstrated applied problem-solving skills • Proficient to advanced computer and presentation skills • Ability to travel approximately 20%
