Description

• Lead the complete creative lifecycle from competitive research through angle ideation, script writing, visual briefing, and performance review • Deliver 3–6 creative briefs weekly for primary SKUs and 2–4 weekly for secondary SKUs • Integrate AI tools into scripting, storyboarding, and concepting workflows • Organize creative timelines, briefs, and assets in ClickUp and Dropbox • Write line-by-line ad scripts with visual cues, screen directions, text-on-screen, and voiceover instructions • Craft narrative-driven ads with direct-response hooks and pattern interrupts • Translate supplement formulations into benefit-focused marketing angles while following FTC/FDA compliance guidelines • Oversee UGC-style content, video ads, static graphics, and motion graphics • Deploy modular asset variations and analyze Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA • Collaborate with media buyers, Product, CRO, and Supply Chain teams • Align creative testing and ad scaling with inventory levels • Establish performance baselines and launch compliant creative angles to improve customer acquisition • Build an AI-assisted creative testing pipeline and improve ad efficiency over 12 months

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years in direct-response creative strategy and scripting for paid social/search in a DTC e-commerce environment • Proven experience scaling supplement or wellness brands with high-volume UGC ad strategies • Strong narrative storytelling and direct-response copywriting skills • Highly coachable and able to thrive in an agile environment • Ability to translate complex product formulations into consumer-friendly marketing angles • Direct knowledge of FTC/FDA dietary supplement advertising rules • Fluency in Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA metrics • Hands-on skill with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar AI tools • Direct experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Dropbox, and Google Workspace • Ability to accommodate limited required travel • Willingness to work US time zones regardless of geographic location • Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and distraction-free work environment • Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com preferred • Familiarity with GetHookd, Motion, Foreplay.co, and Meta Ad Library preferred • Leadership experience is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work for a US employer without sponsorship
