Description

• Own end-to-end commercial ownership, operational execution, and net profitability of the Amazon Seller Central 3P account • Lead day-to-day Amazon Seller Central FBA/FBM operations, driving growth while optimizing profitability, unit economics, TACoS, and MER • Manage and direct the external Amazon agency, audit performance, set strategy, and leverage agency execution resources • Partner with design leads on creative assets and collaborate with the DTC team to align Shopify and Amazon strategies • Deliver performance visibility and reporting to leadership • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and index tracking • Execute listing updates and Amazon SEO strategies to improve rankings and category market share • Run A/B testing on titles, images, infographics, bullet points, and Storefront layouts to improve CTR and CVR • Direct A+ Content, Premium A+, and Amazon Brand Story strategy and layout overhauls • Oversee and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, DSP, and AMC advertising strategies • Analyze Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and Search Term Reports • Track SKU-level contribution margins, TACoS, ACoS, MER, and DTC advertising halo effects • Enforce FDA, FTC, and Amazon dietary supplement compliance across copy, images, and A+ Content • Monitor Seller Central health, Voice of the Customer metrics, listing statuses, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and policy flags • Manage Subscribe & Save and review acquisition strategies, including Amazon Vine • Collaborate with logistics on FBA stock forecasting • Complete initial listing SEO and keyword audit, ad portfolio realignment, and content overhaul strategy • Assume strategic direction and operational oversight of the agency relationship • Drive organic ranking improvements and scale advertising to support the brand's revenue growth

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of Amazon Seller Central (3P) experience • Proven track record managing end-to-end operations and driving 7- or 8-figure annual revenue growth • Direct dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or consumables/CPG experience • Understanding of FDA/FTC structure/function claim compliance and category gating • Proven experience directing external agencies, auditing performance metrics, and guiding tactical execution • Hands-on Amazon PPC/Sponsored Ads experience • Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Amazon Attribution, and Amazon Marketing Cloud • Experience with Amazon SEO tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout • Experience using native reports including Search Query Performance and Brand Analytics • Strong Google Sheets/Excel proficiency for TACoS, ACoS, contribution margin, and SKU-level unit economics analysis • Ability to accommodate limited required travel • Willingness to work US time zones regardless of geographic location • Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and distraction-free work environment • Ability to operate independently using ClickUp, Slack, Dropbox, and Google Workspace • Legal authorization to work for any US employer without sponsorship • Employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas • Operator-first, execution-focused 70% operator / 30% strategist mindset • Ability to navigate platform updates, stranded inventory, and Seller Support escalations
