Description

• Improve patients’ experience through warm, empathetic, and professional phone communication while prioritizing participant safety • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective participants for recruitment and enrollment in active clinical research projects • Follow up with enrolled study participants on reported symptoms and maintain accurate clinical documentation • Monitor and assist patients with e-diary completion and follow up on missed entries or technical questions • Provide customer service to patients, study participants, clinical teams, and project stakeholders • Build relationships with internal teams and research staff to support study recruitment and participant retention • Ensure data integrity and accurately record patient information in tracking systems and electronic tools • Adhere to SOPs, HIPAA privacy regulations, and protocol guidelines • Communicate and escalate patient concerns or protocol deviations to clinical leads and project managers • Support teamwork, collaboration, and communication in a fully remote environment • Perform additional assigned tasks

🎯 Exigences

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent clinical credential/training required • Strong knowledge of medical terminology • Hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare setting (medical office, clinic, or hospital environment) • Prior clinical research experience is not required • Strong interest in clinical trial outreach and patient communication • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Empathetic and professional phone demeanor • High comfort level utilizing electronic documentation tools, digital diaries, and remote communication platforms • Quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet to ensure HIPAA compliance and clear phone communication • Drug screen and background check required
