• 5+ years of District Management experience, including responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing store managers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across multiple locations. • Skilled communicator with the ability to inspire teams and drive collaborations across functions. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to manage complexity with confidence. • Proficient in retail technologies, reporting tools, and productivity systems. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Background in specialty retail or the apparel industry. • Demonstrated success turning around underperforming stores. • Experience with omnichannel retail and digital engagement strategies. • Well-connected in the retail industry with a track record in external recruiting.
