Description

• Support daily facility operations across assigned districts • Coordinate and manage third-party vendors providing janitorial, landscaping, waste management, snow removal, and general facility services • Monitor CMMS and Corrigo systems to track work orders, service metrics, and SLA performance • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors • Review vendor performance and support quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts • Review, reconcile, and approve vendor invoices • Collaborate with internal account teams to improve operational processes, reporting, and service delivery standards

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or a related field • Experience using Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms for work order management and system administration • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage tasks with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
