Description

• Oversee brand campaigns end-to-end at scale. • Make sure every campaign on the platform hits its goals, on time and on quality, without operational overhead growing with volume. • Own brief alignment with brands. • Partner with AI + product teams. • Work cross-functionally with creator operations, business leads, and engineers. • Surface patterns across the portfolio. • Build operational standards and playbooks.

🎯 Exigences

• 4-6+ years in campaign management, creator/influencer marketing, account management, brand management, or media operations — at a brand, agency, or platform. • Deep understanding of brand personality. • Strong intuition for brand–creator fit. • Solid grounding in campaign + marketing strategy — paid media, organic content, influencer/creator marketing, performance funnels. • Genuine fluency in the creator economy. • Tech-forward operator. • Strong cross-functional collaborator. • Pattern thinker. • Comfortable with data. • Strong written communication.
