• Implementing and achieving the business plan and annual targets, including establishing individual and team-related KPIs • Leading and developing a team of approximately 5 employees • Analyzing, assessing potential and segmenting new and existing customers within the defined sales territory • Managing and developing strategic key account customers • Developing, coordinating, planning and executing specific local go-to-market approaches and marketing activities based on overarching Kardex guidelines • Implementing cross-functional campaigns and initiatives for existing and new customers
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable qualifications acquired through vocational training plus several years of professional experience • Extensive experience in selling capital goods, as well as in developing, analyzing and managing the entire sales pipeline including new customer acquisition, customer segmentation, campaign management, events and trade shows • Strong team orientation with the ability to coach and develop the direct team and surrounding stakeholders in an inclusive manner • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English at all hierarchical levels and with our customers
