Description

• Identify perspective accounts for branded food service, C&U, Health, Corp Dining • Design and implement a Strategic Sales Plan outlining a methodical approach for calling on prospective accounts. • Ability to identify and recruit key accounts • Negotiate contracts, establish pricing and terms • Develop strategies for market penetration and competitive positioning • Ability to travel and conduct sample cuttings and attend trade shows • Hire and manage broker networks • Work both remotely and in the field doing ride-alongs with broker partners and food service sales reps. as needed • Other duties as assigned or necessary

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a successful sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Resourceful and driven with a proven track record of performance in a work environment with a high level of autonomy. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Establish relationships with decision makers at food service management companies • Prior experience working within C&U, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate dining • Prior experience working with food service broad line distributors.
