Description

• Case-closing handling of customer inquiries • Service-oriented communication with customers – by phone and in writing • Independent processing of contract transactions • Ensuring agreed service level agreements (SLAs) • Close collaboration within a dedicated project team • Active participation in the further development of processes and workflows • Shaping the collaboration with our insurance partners

🎯 Exigences

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry • Training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or a comparable qualification • Enjoyment of communication and customer contact • Strong service mindset and customer orientation • Structured and self-reliant way of working • Resilience and reliability – also during busy or dynamic periods
