Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of clients • Field ad hoc client questions and steer multi-week projects • Partner with analysts and data scientists to translate business problems into structured quantitative analyses • Build and manage project plans to keep engagements on track • Review predictive model outputs to sanity-check results and understand their drivers • Estimate and forecast loyalty program liability, customer lifetime value, and other program-economic drivers • Synthesize analytical results into slides, talk tracks, and recommendations • Present directly to clients, answer questions in real time, and adapt recommendations to client priorities • Handle ad hoc client work and novel problems • Participate in regular team standups to coordinate the fully remote team • Improve client deliverables and contribute to internal tools such as the KPI validation platform • Help define effective client engagements as the company grows

🎯 Exigences

• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance/strategy role • Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, finance, or another quantitative field; candidates with strong analytical experience and a different academic background are also welcome to apply • Direct experience with a loyalty, rewards, or points program, ideally at an airline, hotel, retailer, bank, or similar company • Comfortable working with large transactional datasets, aggregating, structuring, and interpreting data • Demonstrated experience owning relationships end-to-end, setting expectations, managing scope, and delivering results on tight timelines • Ability to connect technical or financial analysis to client business goals • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and large dataset manipulation • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to direct and critique AI-generated visuals and decks • Experience with project management tools and data visualization software such as Power BI • Working understanding of predictive modeling concepts • Ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Strong communication skills and growth mindset • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and little day-to-day guidance • Comfortable and enthusiastic about using AI tools in the daily workflow • Prior client-facing consulting or advisory experience, actuarial background or exam progress, and small/startup-like consulting experience are bonus qualifications
