Description

• Build & train a nationwide sales team to get into 200+ new retail accounts across the U.S. • Motivate & lead a commission-based team to maximize performance. • Grow our partnership with Nordstrom—run successful trunk shows, analyze sales data, drive reorders, onboard/train account specialists, and expand into new markets. • Oversee the Events Manager to ensure events are well-executed and hitting sales targets. • Research, plan, and run trade shows—from setup to follow-ups that land new accounts. • Seek out, pitch, and close new opportunities with relentless drive. • Turn relationships into revenue, leveraging a sharp eye for high-potential partnerships. • Execute on the company’s growth vision with determination and results-driven focus.
