Description

• Build, execute, and optimize a repeatable lead-generation engine across paid, owned, and earned channels (search, social, email/lifecycle, content, webinars/events, partner programs). • Own messaging and copywriting for ads, landing pages, emails, one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement; maintaining a consistent brand voice. • Create or direct design for ads, landing pages, and collateral with high standards. • Stand up and manage full-funnel programs. • Partner closely with Sales on MQL/SQL definitions, speed-to-lead, routing, and enablement. • Own marketing operations and analytics: UTMs, dashboards, attribution; report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline $, CPL, CVR, ROAS, CAC/LTV; turn insights into action. • Run a weekly test-and-learn roadmap: define hypotheses, launch experiments, analyze results, and scale or sunset quickly. • Source and manage external creatives/contractors when needed; maintain a reliable bench of designers to scale production quickly.

🎯 Exigences

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. • 5+ years in growth/demand marketing with a track record of increasing qualified pipeline. • Exceptional writing and storytelling that convert across ads, landing pages, and lifecycle programs. • A keen design eye; capable of producing quality assets yourself or directing designers efficiently. • Experience building and optimizing end-to-end funnels; comfortable with marketing automation/CRM platforms and analytics (e.g., GA4). • Thrives in a startup/scale-up environment: bias to action, resourceful, and accountable. • Bonus: experience in real estate, home improvement, or tech-enabled services; ABM exposure.
