Description

• Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform • Support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools • Contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI • Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to align the CRM system with business needs • Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing • Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals • Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration, custom workflow development, and automation • Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards • Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process • Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group • Provide training and documentation for end-users

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required • Master’s degree preferred • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM • Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization • Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices • Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse • Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred • Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers
