Description

• Development and implementation of strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market penetration for assigned major accounts • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with executives and stakeholders through regular communication and business meetings • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives while maximizing profitability • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in compliance with company policies and procedures • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions and resolve customer issues • Monitor customer performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare detailed reports on account status, forecasts, and growth opportunities • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to demonstrate value and identify opportunities to expand the service offering • Manage the sales pipeline and produce accurate forecasts to meet or exceed revenue targets • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns to ensure professional and timely resolution • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in account management or key account management in a B2B environment • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German language skills are highly desirable • Proficient with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite • Solid understanding of sales processes, business development strategies, and customer development methodologies • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently • Problem-solving orientation with a focus on customer-centric solutions • Professional demeanor with a commitment to building long-term business relationships • Preferred: experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector • Preferred: familiarity with the German market and German business culture • Preferred: project management experience
