• You take over pre-qualified leads from our Sales Development team and independently manage them through the entire sales process — from the initial discussion about their challenges in project and portfolio management to a successful close. • You hold conversations with decision-makers and stakeholders in mid-sized companies and large enterprises, convincing them that Le Bihan is a partner offering both consulting and implementation from a single source. • You develop a deep understanding of your customers' challenges and work together with our Consulting team to design tailored solution approaches. • You build long-term customer relationships and maintain a resilient network within your market segment. • You work closely with Marketing and Consulting to shape proposals and successfully initiate projects. • You actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy and generate ideas for new business opportunities.
• A completed degree (e.g., Business, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or an equivalent qualification. • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a tech or consulting environment (e.g., software implementation, SaaS, enterprise solutions). • You can demonstrate how your targeted sales efforts in previous roles measurably contributed to your company's growth. • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. • A good sense for organizational structures and decision-making processes, combined with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
