Description

• Lead and scale Lemnis's IT function during rapid growth driven by mergers and acquisitions • Design and implement an automated FinOps pipeline with data warehouse integration, dashboards, spend tracking, projections, and reporting • Expand SaaS management across the full lifecycle, including vendor contracts, invoices, renewals, Shadow IT detection, and FinOps integration • Formalize backup and disaster recovery procedures, lead restore drills, document resilience testing, and manage endpoint protection, DLP tuning, and AI app governance • Lead the IT-to-People Ops onboarding pipeline from recruitment through Day 1, including provisioning, communications, equipment logistics, and system access • Lead enterprise IT due diligence for potential acquisitions • Integrate newly acquired or merged divisions onto Lemnis's technology stack • Redesign and maintain the employee technology onboarding playbook • Design JSM workflows, Trelica automations, Jira automation rules, and cross-platform integrations • Manage account and access provisioning across Google Workspace, Entra ID, 1Password, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and other SaaS platforms • Execute employee onboarding and offboarding • Triage and resolve high-priority Help Desk issues • Provision and manage laptops, devices, repairs, replacements, and peripherals • Manage Google Groups, distribution lists, Gmail configurations, and calendar delegation • Administer Zoom and Vonage environments and integrations • Respond to phishing reports, manage security operations, enforce DLP rules, and support vendor security screenings • Support executive and employee technology needs • Manage and mentor 3 IT Support Engineers • Own IT Help Desk SLA performance and foster a responsive service culture • Establish and maintain IT policies and SOPs • Manage the IT budget with Procurement and Finance • Serve as primary IT liaison to People Operations, Legal, Finance, and Security • Drive vendor relationships and plan future team capacity • Support applicable audits, customer requirements, contractual commitments, insurance requirements, and regulatory obligations

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing both people and systems • Deep, hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace (Admin Console, GAM, Groups, Drive, Gmail), Microsoft Entra ID / M365, and modern IdP platforms • Experience managing SaaS environments at scale, including provisioning, licensing, SSO configuration, and lifecycle management • Strong background in endpoint management (Intune, NinjaRMM, or similar MDM/RMM) • Demonstrated ability to design and ship IT automations and workflows using Jira Automation, Trelica, Zapier, scripting, or equivalent • Experience with FinOps, IT budgeting, or vendor spend management • Working knowledge of security fundamentals: DLP, endpoint protection, backup/DR, and vendor risk assessments • Experience onboarding acquired companies or new divisions onto a shared technology stack • ITSM experience using Jira Service Management (JSM), Zendesk, or equivalent platform • Clear communicator comfortable creating documentation, SOPs, and training materials • Google Administrator Certification preferred • Microsoft Administrator Certification preferred • Security-related certifications preferred
