Description

• Drive efficiency within Lennar’s emerging channels, including Zillow, BDX, Realtor.com, programmatic display, direct mail, OTT, and other relevant ad platforms • Keep the team on task and own notes, next steps, and end-to-end follow-ups with divisions • Lead advertising follow-ups involving landing page development, ad changes, and consumer engagement • Support marketing best practices and operational needs • Curate and adjust an operational strategy supporting customer acquisition growth in emerging channels • Establish processes such as division task trackers, content approvals, and ad operations changes • Own request intake from divisions and follow up on landing page and advertising requests and updates • Ideate strategic workflows for emerging advertising and social platforms • Collaborate with growth team members to improve workflow efficiencies across social media tasks • Analyze and report campaign results using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau • Present strategic findings via PowerPoint • Support A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend strategic next steps • Manage customer engagement with Lennar’s brand across platforms and coordinate follow-ups with HR, Legal, and divisions • Participate in team problem solving and education around new channels and concepts

🎯 Exigences

• 4-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent relevant experience required • 1+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing • Experience in more than one marketing channel preferred • Ability to perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines • Strong track record of managing performance based paid search campaigns and exceeding campaign goals • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to listen and communicate professionally in written and verbal manner • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize based on opportunity and risk • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
