Description

• Provide project management oversight from maintenance through eCOA decommissioning • Oversee deliverables, timelines, and completion of work according to Worldwide SOP standards • Review and identify study trends • Work proactively with eCOA vendors and study teams to address study-specific requirements • Communicate eCOA project activity information to internal and sponsor study teams • Serve as the escalation point for assigned eCOA study-related project issues • Coordinate timely delivery of eCOA project communications, including status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and project-call scheduling • Review overall eCOA study design • Approve User Requirements Specifications (URS) for post-go-live changes in scope • Prepare, review, and approve site and support materials and helpdesk documentation when required • Perform financial reviews and budget management, including reviewing change orders

🎯 Exigences

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent experience • Minimum 1 year of experience working in eCOA and clinical trials • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management • Proficient client-facing skills • Proficient in common office software • Self-motivated and able to contribute positively to a team environment • High attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to use sound independent judgment and take initiative • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment • Ability to adapt to new technologies, concepts, and processes • Highly organized, detail- and service-oriented • Excellent project management skills • Ability to lead and understand policies, procedures, financial, and leadership principles • Demonstrable knowledge of operational aspects of Phase I-IV clinical research trials • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with eCOA topics, including eCOA designs and scales • Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical experience required • Fluency in English required for writing, speaking, and understanding day-to-day business • Ability to travel domestically and internationally if required • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones when needed
