Description

• Lead Lime’s global compensation function, including broad-based pay, annual cycles, and equity partnership • Manage, coach, and develop the Compensation Team • Translate Total Rewards philosophy into competitive, equitable, and accessible compensation policies, programs, and communications • Build and manage analytics and reporting capabilities using scenario modeling for workforce planning and leadership recommendations • Optimize compensation operations and systems, including Workday configuration, data governance, and scalable process improvements • Support executive compensation and Compensation Committee work through materials, benchmarking, and analyses • Advise People teams, HRBPs, leaders, and Talent Acquisition on pay philosophy, offers, and strategy • Lead pay equity, pay transparency, and public-company regulatory readiness efforts • Partner strategically with People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders • Travel occasionally to support business operations

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with increasing scope and leadership responsibility • Experience in a high-growth technology, mobility, marketplace, or other complex global company • Deep expertise in broad-based compensation and annual compensation cycles, including salary structures, market pricing, merit, promotions, bonus programs, equity partnership, budgeting, calibration, and pay equity • Experience managing and developing analysts or other compensation professionals while remaining a hands-on subject-matter expert • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities • Experience translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders • Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS and compensation technology, including data governance, reporting, planning, integrations, controls, and process improvement • Excellent judgment, communication, discretion, organization, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to influence across People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Human Resources, or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred experience) • Experience supporting executive compensation benchmarking and Compensation Committee materials • Experience with proxy or public-company disclosure processes • Experience with compensation consultants and global pay transparency or regulatory initiatives • Experience using automation, analytics, or approved AI tools while protecting confidential information and maintaining human review • Candidates residing in the United States are preferred • Currently authorized to work in the United States and able to fulfill travel requirements
