Description

• Analyze e-commerce performance across brand DTC sites, including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, customer acquisition, and retention metrics • Identify cross-brand patterns and trends impacting portfolio growth • Diagnose performance shifts and investigate root causes of growth opportunities or challenges • Monitor new customer acquisition, repeat purchase behavior, and loyalty performance across brands • Conduct customer cohort and lifetime value analysis • Identify signals of customer behavior shifts that may impact long-term growth • Surface opportunities to improve conversion, acquisition efficiency, and repeat purchase rates • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for brand teams • Identify leading indicators of growth or risk across the portfolio • Develop portfolio dashboards and reporting frameworks tracking key e-commerce KPIs • Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and insights for leadership • Support monthly business reviews and strategic discussions with data-driven insights • Support testing initiatives to improve site conversion, customer acquisition, and retention • Evaluate marketing initiatives and on-site optimization efforts • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey across DTC touchpoints • Report to the Sr. Director of E-Commerce and work across brands to provide portfolio-level insights

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, digital growth, or performance marketing analysis • Strong analytical skills with experience identifying patterns and translating data into strategic insights • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) • Experience analyzing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value metrics • Ability to communicate insights clearly • Curiosity about consumer behavior and how customers discover and purchase beauty products online
