• Define the annual Cargo Division budget and monitor it closely • Maintain close relationships with strategic clients • Assess feasibility of transport requests and oversee cargo operations • Identify high-potential market segments and lead business development efforts • Recruit and manage the US Cargo team, ensuring operational excellence
