Description

• Independently scale and strategically manage Google campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen / YouTube) to drive profitable new-customer acquisition • Restructure and consolidate the campaign architecture • Build and manage scalable Demand Gen and YouTube strategies • Own tracking and measurement across Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager • Analyze the entire funnel, from the Search click through the advertorial and landing page to checkout • Identify specific optimization levers, including match types, bidding, angles, offers, landing page variants, and trust elements • Strategically develop the funnel architecture using different advertorial formats and CRO principles • Work closely with Direct Response Copy, Funnel Management, and CRO teams • Manage performance based on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel metrics • Continuously conduct market, competitor, and US market research to identify performance opportunities

🎯 Exigences

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / Google Ads, including at least 3 years in the D2C sector; experience in supplements, pet, beauty, or cosmetics is preferred • Deep technical understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen / YouTube, and competitor campaigns • Excellent tracking expertise, including Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager • Ability to identify and consolidate fragmented campaign structures • Experience with subscription models and competitive, price-sensitive markets • Experience with Direct Response funnels, particularly advertorials • Experience strategically integrating Paid Search with conversion architecture • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • German at C2 level and fluent English at C1 level • Nice to have: Microsoft Advertising; TikTok Search Ads or other upper-funnel channels; knowledge of CRO or landing page testing, such as A/B testing at the advertorial level
