Description

• Translate GTM strategy and campaign requests into scoped, buildable technical requirements • Troubleshoot workflow issues with Marketing Operations, Sales, Demand Gen, Analytics, and RevOps • Design and maintain multi-step Clay tables and workflows for lead and account enrichment, waterfall data sourcing, intent signals, scoring, and list building • Build agents that trigger sales and marketing actions from funding events, hiring changes, technology-stack changes, intent data, and Gong call insights • Build and maintain GTM workflows across PPC and advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Demandbase Ads, and Reddit • Use Clay as an orchestration layer to move accounts between platforms as they progress through funnel stages • Optimize advertising spend and performance • Run and continuously refine ABM motions against defined target account lists • Monitor and QA workflow health, data quality, and deliverability • Improve process efficiency and maintain documentation and version control • Track outbound and sequence performance, including reach, response, and pipeline influence • Iterate on scoring, targeting, and messaging logic using performance data • Evaluate AI tools and enrichment providers and pilot integrations that improve workflow speed or accuracy

🎯 Exigences

• 4+ years of experience in a GTM Engineer, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Growth Engineering role • Hands-on experience building in Clay, including Audience builds, Clay Ads, enrichment providers, formulas, and multi-step/chained workflows • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration and evaluation loops • Track record of shipping AI-powered workflows for enrichment, research, and personalization at scale • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting or data transformation using JavaScript, Python, or JSON • Strong data hygiene and systems-thinking abilities • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Hands-on experience with intent data and signal-based / ABM go-to-market motions • Ability to work effectively across Analytics, Web, and Demand Generation teams
