• Lead product discovery through customer and stakeholder engagement, interviews, user testing, market research, competitive analysis, product analytics, and experimentation • Own Emma product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration • Maintain the backlog and recommend priorities based on customer value, business impact, product strategy, feasibility, and evidence • Translate opportunities into problem statements, requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and measurable success outcomes • Break complex work into appropriately scoped releases balancing speed, quality, feasibility, and customer value • Partner with engineering on planning and delivery, scope decisions, progress monitoring, risk management, testing, and release readiness • Partner with product marketing, sales, customer success, and support on positioning, launch plans, demonstrations, enablement, and adoption strategies • Measure post-launch product performance using analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and business outcomes • Prioritize improvements and issues, communicate decisions and results, and use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and execution
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience managing software products, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience owning product initiatives from customer discovery and requirements through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation • Experience conducting customer interviews, user research, or usability testing • Strong product execution skills, including requirements writing, backlog management, acceptance criteria, scope decisions, and direct collaboration with engineering • Analytical mindset and technical fluency • Experience with product analytics, customer behavior data, experimentation, and performance metrics • Ability to understand integrations, APIs, platform architecture, and data flows at a high level • Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a distributed environment • Clear communication with technical and nontechnical audiences • Responsible use of modern AI tools to improve product management workflows • Eligible to work in one of the following U.S. states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia • Nice to have: experience with email marketing, marketing automation, martech, or distributed marketing platforms • Nice to have: familiarity with integrations and organizations with multiple brands, business units, locations, or account hierarchies • Nice to have: proficiency with Amplitude, Appcues, or similar product analytics platforms, or experience contributing to AI-powered product capabilities
