Description

• Responsibility for building, maintaining and further developing long-term client relationships. • Analysis of client needs and derivation of individual solution approaches. • Proactive advising on the group’s products and services. • Development of strategies for customer retention and revenue growth. • Coordination and interface management between clients and internal specialist departments. • Monitoring customer satisfaction and conducting regular feedback and strategy meetings. • Preparation of proposals, presentations and contractual documents. • Monitoring market and competitor developments. • Active incorporation of customer feedback into the further development of products and services. • Preparation and presentation of relevant customer and revenue metrics (reporting).

🎯 Exigences

• Completed degree in business, sales, communications or a comparable qualification. • Several years of professional experience in account management, sales, customer success or relationship management. • Strong communication and empathetic skills. • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style. • Confident manner and strong negotiation skills. • High customer and service orientation. • Analytical thinking and a good understanding of business contexts. • Willingness to travel for client and project appointments (within Germany).
