Description

• Facilitate Mento training programs alongside the Head of Coaching and independently as mastery develops • Conduct and aggregate training and quality reviews • Identify individual development needs and patterns across the coach population • Support ongoing coach development through practice, feedback, mentor coaching, and programming • Help coaches develop within Mento’s shared standards while preserving individual experience, perspective, and style • Turn recurring developmental needs into scalable tools, resources, and learning experiences • Interview and assess prospective Mento coaches against Mento’s coaching standards • Identify quality and performance patterns and translate them into developmental feedback • Codify successful coach practices to strengthen selection and assessment systems • Partner with the Head of Coaching to evolve coach trainings for scale • Build and test systems, materials, and experiences for scaled training • Increase training capacity without reducing rigor or quality • Create a repeatable Train-the-Trainer playbook • Improve Mento’s coach-development architecture across the coach lifecycle • Build a first-year development pathway covering ongoing practice, feedback, programming, and growth • Support development of an integrated ICF coach-specific training experience • Support Mento’s ICF accreditation requirements and accredited training evolution • Capture and codify methodology, judgment, and practices for recruiting, training, assessing, and developing coaches • Turn repeatable practices into frameworks, tools, playbooks, and learning experiences • Distinguish expert human judgment from teachable, systematizable, automatable, or asynchronous work • Test and iterate systems to improve efficiency without lowering quality • Shape and own coach programming and community building • Translate partner context into useful guidance for coaches • Stay close to coaches’ experiences and surface patterns, needs, and opportunities • Collaborate with Coaching, Operations, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Exigences

• Active ICF PCC credential • 10+ years of professional experience, including meaningful coaching experience • Experience training, developing, supervising, or mentor coaching other coaches • Strong facilitation experience with both small and larger groups • Experience working inside a startup, technology company, or similarly fast-moving environment • Strong judgment about excellent coaching and ability to articulate why • Ability to distinguish individual coaching style from coaching quality • Skill in giving clear, specific developmental feedback to experienced professionals • Ability to identify patterns across coaching interactions and developmental needs • Ability to understand, capture, simplify, and scale effective practices • Ability to identify where human judgment adds value and where technology, process, or asynchronous learning can be used • Comfort building while systems are still evolving • Warm, direct, highly relational style that earns trust with experienced coaches
