• Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer phone and digital orders • Ensure special orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner • Maintain and nurture customer relationships ensuring our business continues to grow • Assists wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner • Locates or orders parts as needed • Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers • Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone • Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts • Maintains professional appearance
• 3 or more years of Wholesale Parts experience • CDK experience required • Experience with OEC, OPS, and CCC ordering platforms • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge • High School or better education • Must have a designated workspace that is quiet and free from distraction • Must have constant access to the internet with a direct, wired connection • Must clock in and out using the TCE function in CDK • Must be present, via Microsoft Teams for daily huddle at 7:45 a.m. • Must be able to participate in Monthly One-on-One via Microsoft Teams • Must be able to participate in Quarterly face-to-face meetings
