Description

• Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to potential clients across different industries • Prospect and generate new leads via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels • Qualify leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel • Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations • Close deals or coordinate with internal teams for contract finalization • Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline data • Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging • Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs • Provide regular reporting and insights on performance metrics

🎯 Exigences

• 2+ years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in remote or B2B environments • Proven experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven • Technically savvy: comfortable with virtual tools, email automation, video calls • Organized, disciplined, able to manage pipeline and multitask • Experience in virtual / remote work setups is a plus • Resilience and persistence when handling objections and rejections
