Description

• Deliver structured training across Applied Epic, IVANS, and NavSav operational workflows • Lead onboarding for new hires, including: Epic navigation and workflow training • Reinforcement of NavSav data standards and expectations • Configure new users in Epic: User accounts and credentials • Provide ongoing coaching to ensure proper system usage and adherence to workflows • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Applied Epic and related systems • Support agency initiatives including: Data migrations and acquisitions

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Applied Epic (required) • Strong understanding of insurance agency operations and policy lifecycle • Experience in training, onboarding, or instructional development • Deep understanding of data integrity and its impact on reporting and operations • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce standards • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
