Description

• Assist in planning and managing product development programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives • Support financial planning, budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and alignment with business priorities • Identify process improvement and standardization opportunities across product development teams • Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects with defined objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly departmental reporting, KPIs, and goals • Standardize product development team reporting frameworks • Support documentation, publishing, maintenance, and organization for product roadmaps, strategy, and execution • Develop training materials, presentations, and resources for internal stakeholders • Coordinate and manage program release plans for seasonal launches, including education • Coordinate with product management, finance, engineering, and other teams on strategic priorities • Track risks and issues and collaborate on proactive mitigation • Provide planning, governance, and management for quarterly, biannual, and annual R&D investment planning • Build a model with Product Management and Engineering to support roadmap delivery excellence • Improve program management practices and methodologies across pace, cost, and quality • Define and track program interdependencies and maintain an integrated product delivery plan • Support planning, coordination, and content creation for the annual user conference’s product development discovery and innovation sessions

🎯 Exigences

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • 5+ years of experience implementing a variety of technical projects and programs • Preferred background in SaaS platforms and products • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and Jellyfish • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI • Experience with financial tracking tools • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and drive insights to support decision-making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present information effectively to stakeholders at all levels • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment • Experience partnering and working with senior and executive leadership in a cross-functional environment • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs, and develop creative solutions • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously under pressure to meet deadlines • Preferred PMP certification • Preferred experience with agile methodologies • Preferred experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies • Remote work within the United States • Long-distance or air travel as needed, not to exceed 10% travel
