Description

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor • Understand customers' technical environments, business objectives, challenges, and pain points and align them with appropriate solutions • Collaborate with sales counterparts on account planning, campaign development, and sales stages 3 through 5 • Provide technical closure for opportunities • Demonstrate knowledge of End User Computing, Digital Transformation, industry developments, and competitive threats • Respond to RFPs and RFIs • Present technology vision and value propositions to executives and technical practitioners • Drive meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions • Own accounts and provide thought leadership while prioritizing customer interests • Explain current product features, benefits, and competitive positioning • Manage install-base whitespace and drive product expansion and adoption • Build and implement strategic technical account plans for cross-platform solutions • Orchestrate supporting resources to service customer needs and drive defined outcomes • Partner with Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Support, Technical Account Managers, and Engineering • Perform special projects assigned by management • Develop technical and professional skills and participate in the SE community and industry events • Guide IT leaders through digital transformation journeys • Lead technical pre-sales presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes • Present Digital Workspace technical and business value propositions at industry events • Identify new business opportunities and support account expansion • Share customer insights and industry trends to influence product direction

🎯 Exigences

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role • Experience with End User Computing is a big plus • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management • Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences • Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience • Must not require employment-based immigration sponsorship by Omnissa
