• You drive the company's growth by acquiring new customers, advising existing customers, and selling upgrades and upsells to increase customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. • You deliver persuasive online presentations to engage prospects with our software solution. • You advise existing customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to secure long-term partnerships. • You use your negotiation skills to successfully sell upgrades and upsells and capitalize on revenue opportunities. • You maintain close relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for collaboration. • Additionally, you work closely and collaboratively with the entire team to ensure excellent customer support and high customer satisfaction. • You set clear goals and work proactively to achieve and exceed them.
• You have completed commercial training (e.g., business/vocational training) or hold a comparable qualification. • You have experience in software sales, preferably in the trades/crafts sector, or a strong affinity for this industry. • You have a sales-oriented mindset with a clear focus on solution selling. • You bring a strong IT and software affinity and can quickly get up to speed with new software solutions. • You are a strong communicator, confident in negotiations, and have a pronounced ability to close deals. • You work in a goal-oriented, independent manner and strive to exceed your sales targets.
