Description

• Lead end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations from manufacturing through customer delivery and returns • Evaluate fulfillment models and 3PL solutions, balancing efficiency, cost, scalability, and customer experience • Select, establish, and manage warehousing, freight, and distribution partners • Develop and manage inventory processes and systems with Finance and external providers • Support inventory valuation, landed cost tracking, and related financial requirements with Finance and Accounting • Establish and manage returns, warranty, and reverse logistics processes • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; navigate trade-offs and escalate significant issues • Provide visibility into fulfillment performance, inventory movement, and operational risks • Continuously improve logistics and fulfillment processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability • Build trust and accountability across internal and external partners • Integrate AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows • Report to the Director of Connected Devices

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment operations, or related work involving complex operational processes and external partners • Ability to independently develop, manage, and improve logistics and fulfillment operations in evolving or ambiguous environments • Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external partners • Strong operational and analytical skills • Working knowledge of inventory management and accounting concepts, including landed costs, cost of goods sold, and inventory valuation • Experience collaborating across Finance, Legal, Product, and other teams • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with incomplete information • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thoughtfully explore and apply AI tools to improve operational workflows • Ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values • Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment • Ability to travel as needed, including domestic and occasional international travel • Added bonuses (not required): experience launching or expanding logistics and fulfillment operations for physical products; international freight, customs, and cross-border logistics; fulfillment operations combining physical goods with subscription or membership services
