Ophelia est un prestataire de télésanté qui propose un traitement assisté par des médicaments (principalement Suboxone / buprénorphine+naloxone) ainsi qu'un soutien clinique et par les pairs pour les personnes souffrant de troubles liés à l'usage d'opioïdes, grâce à des consultations en ligne et une équipe de soins dédiée. Le service met l'accent sur un traitement rapide, confidentiel et abordable à domicile avec une couverture d'assurance (y compris Medicaid) et des prescriptions pharmaceutiques, en plus de partenariats avec des systèmes de santé et assureurs pour les recommandations et la coordination des soins.

Description

• Own the full partnership lifecycle by identifying, prospecting, and pitching Ophelia to new referral sources • Manage a high-volume pipeline from cold outreach to active partners • Nurture and scale existing partnerships, ensuring clinical and philosophical alignment with Ophelia’s mission • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track activity, referral-to-patient conversion rates, and partnership outreach ROI • Analyze performance insights, identify high-converting partner types, and adjust weekly strategy • Spend most of the time in the field meeting healthcare providers, community leaders, patient advocates, and others • Identify needs, remove barriers to treatment, and strengthen Ophelia’s community presence • Collect and analyze community-partner feedback to refine referral strategies and products • Help develop solutions for referral barriers • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, clinical, product, and operations teams to achieve outreach and market-penetration goals

🎯 Exigences

• Live in/near Albany, NY area, ideally within 30 minutes by car; includes Schenectady, Troy, and Saratoga Springs region • Able to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license approximately 4 days/week for meetings with partners • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Development/Management, Medical Sales, or Account Management • Skilled in independently crafting and executing outreach strategies, monitoring performance metrics, adapting approaches, and achieving objectives • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and a patient-first/client-first mindset • Passionate about serving marginalized and vulnerable populations • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive and confidential information • Preferred: Experience within the SUD treatment community, with existing relationships in this space • Preferred: Experience working with clinical staff, healthcare administration staff, and people with opioid use disorders
