Description

• Ultimate accountability for the delivery and execution of all financial matters for the operating area through effective business partnering with the P&L owners, functional partners and financial centers of expertise (COE) • Planning, budgeting, forecasting • Business advisory and analytics • Internal controls • Tax and other statutory compliance • Actual reporting & analysis • Asset management • Supporting the business to achieve the results • Working with COEs to support effective execution for all financial accounting activities related to accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger and cash management • Ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting including the coordination and completeness of annual audit reviews and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements • Providing guidance and advice, related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different functions identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions • Coordinating Long Range Plan of the operating area and ensuring sound underlying strategic priorities • Defining and facilitating the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for operating area and supporting COEs and ensuring effective implementation of the performance management process within organization • Nurturing talent within the organization and creating the right leadership culture by providing ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of their defined goals

🎯 Exigences

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline • A master’s degree or CPA is preferred • Possess a minimum of 10 years of applicable leadership experience in finance or accounting • Speak and write excellent English • Strong presentation and communication style with an ability to influence at an executive level • Proven collaboration skills with a passion for building networks across the organization
