Description

• Own and scale digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO/organic, website, email, marketing automation, and ABM programs • Build and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize pipeline and ROI • Lead demand generation programs end-to-end, from targeting and creative through landing pages, nurture flows, and conversion optimization • Own the website and digital properties as a growth engine through continuous testing, optimization, and performance improvement • Define, track, and report on full-funnel KPIs including traffic, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution • Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution, while ensuring clean, actionable data • Partner with Brand and Content to translate creative and messaging into high-performing digital campaigns • Monitor digital trends, platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools and introduce new channels and tactics • Manage agencies, freelancers, and external digital partners • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, including leadership experience • Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or another fast-moving technology category • Proven track record of building and scaling digital programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue impact • Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, marketing automation, email, and web/CRO • Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs, analyzing funnel performance, and making data-driven decisions • Experience owning and managing a marketing budget • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and GA4 • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales, Growth, Brand, and RevOps • Experience building digital marketing functions from the ground up or at high-growth startups • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization, personalization, and marketing analytics • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs • Background managing agencies and multiple external vendors simultaneously
