Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients across Germany and the broader DACH region • Advise senior procurement and finance stakeholders by understanding their processes, problems, and people • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' sourcing and procurement strategies, including category management and end-to-end procurement process optimisation • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to surface customer pain points and map them to Pactum's capabilities • Demonstrate Pactum's tangible value to customers and partners • Build and deliver compelling narratives connecting Pactum's capabilities to business outcomes for senior audiences • Construct rigorous, persuasive business cases • Help customers and stakeholders understand Pactum's offerings and relevance to their needs • Work with Account Management to maximise existing customer usage and identify new opportunities • Feed customer insights back to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to shape products and go-to-market strategy

🎯 Exigences

• Based in the United States, ideally in Central or Eastern timezone • 5+ years in procurement consulting or a solutions consulting role with deep procurement expertise, working with large enterprise organisations • Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, category management, and supplier relationship management • Familiarity with enterprise procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle • Ability to craft and deliver persuasive narratives under time pressure and in front of senior audiences • Skilled at running workshops and discovery activities that identify customer pain points and map them to solutions • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable working with complex data to identify trends and develop recommendations • Strong project management skills; able to manage timelines, resources, and multiple workstreams simultaneously • Consultative mindset; able to earn trust by understanding problems deeply before proposing solutions • Ability to move quickly, respond well to incoming requests, and avoid over-perfectionism • High ownership and low ego; able to chase outcomes, navigate ambiguity, and act independently • Genuine curiosity about AI, negotiation, and the future of enterprise procurement
