Description

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Paylocity's products and services • Understand prospects' requirements and provide tailored solutions • Present Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions to help increase sales performance • Partner with Account Executives to conduct in-depth discovery calls • Conduct engaging, concise, tailored product demonstrations tied to discovery-call findings • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions • Keep up to date on HR and payroll industry trends and make appropriate recommendations • Analyze complex prospect issues and coordinate with internal teams on resolutions • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as necessary • Develop creative solutions for unique prospect challenges • Conduct technical conversations with prospects and third-party vendors to identify potential partnerships • Leverage accounting skills and product knowledge to explain how Paylocity can streamline General Ledger processes • Handle confidential client information discreetly and professionally • Make informed decisions to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Identify and mitigate potential risks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences • Build relationships with prospects as a trusted advisor • Communicate with prospects, colleagues, and stakeholders • Participate in team meetings • Answer outstanding prospect questions with Account Executives • Assist with functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

🎯 Exigences

• Self-motivated with a proven track record dealing with a field-based, fast-paced sales force • Strong presentation skills over the phone and occasionally in person • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally verbally and in written responses • Organized and analytical, with ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches • 3–5+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar role • Experience and familiarity with Paylocity products welcomed • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds as needed • Ability to bend, reach, or stoop as needed • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods • Ability to work at a desk or workstation for extended periods using a computer or writing • Ability to travel occasionally, including by car, plane, or other transportation • Must be available Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm PST • Must work from within the U.S.
