• Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, CPM, ROAS, and LTV • Monitor KPIs daily and identify opportunities for improvement • Create and implement audience targeting, remarketing, and lead nurturing strategies across the full funnel • Collaborate with content, creative, and performance teams on integrated campaigns • Test and validate creatives, copy variations, formats, and placements • Produce reports with strategic insights and optimization recommendations • Stay up to date with trends, new tools, and market developments in paid media and growth
• Proven experience in paid traffic/performance marketing • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, CRMs, and RD Station • Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation • Solid understanding of the sales funnel, customer journey, and online behavior • Highly organized, proactive, fast-paced, and fully results-driven • Intermediate/advanced Excel • Experience in the real estate sector and campaigns for property developments (plus) • Ability to create strategic briefs for designers and copywriters (plus) • Experience with RD Station, Shopify, and other automation/e‑commerce platforms (plus) • Google and Meta certifications (plus)
